Job Description:
As a Customer Support & Fulfillment Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, processing, and following up on shipments, as well as assisting our customer service team with inquiries. You play a key role in daily operations, contributing to seamless order processing and a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
- Plan and process shipments daily via the CRM system for both B2B and B2C customers.
- Communicate with the warehouse and transport partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Accurately process and follow up on orders in the CRM system.
- Handle and correctly register returns in the CRM system.
- Identify and report any bottlenecks in the delivery process.
- Optimize logistics processes to ensure smooth order handling from start to finish.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a friendly and professional manner.
- Support the resolution of delivery issues and follow up on customer requests.
- Record customer interactions and actions in the ticketing system.
- Advise customers on delivery times, order status, and product information.
- Ensure smooth collaboration and coordination with internal departments.
Your Profile:
Education and Experience:
- MBO+ level of education or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in order processing or customer service.
- Experience with CRM systems and order management.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive and solution-oriented; you think in possibilities and tackle challenges effectively.
Language Skills:
- Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
