What will you be doing?
As the Supply Chain Manager, you should bring structure and optimization to our entire supply chain, ensuring seamless integration between suppliers, warehouse, distribution, back office, and customers.
Your responsibilities
- Draft daily, weekly, and monthly schedules concerning imports, exports, and international shipments;
- Manage a direct report focused on buying;
- Optimize operational logistics tasks;
- Report figures related to shipments and stock;
- Inventory management;
- Process administrative data concerning logistics and stock in our ERP software;
- Monitor and report developments in supply and demand, proactively identifying bottlenecks and appropriately addressing them by seeking permanent solutions;
- Develop reliable and efficient logistics plans and workflows;
- Assist with logistic software implementations;
- Prepare post-calculations related to shipments (import and sales).
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the supply chain, preferably in the interior design or wholesale sector;
- Bachelor’s degree or higher educational level;
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office and Exact Online WMS and TMS software;
- Strong analytical skills and experience with logistics software;
- A pleasant, enthusiastic, and helpful personality;
- Excellent analytical abilities, practical, critical, and precise;
- Good interpersonal skills, customer-focused, and decisive;
- Fluent in Dutch and English, German is a plus, both spoken and written;
- You take responsibility for your work and are stress-resistant.
